I had a very positive experience renting from the New Rochelle location. Manager Jantna and Moses offered superb customer care.
I was traveling out of state for my dad’s 91st birthday and wanted an suv for driving on the highway. What they found for me was perfect. Moses also made sure I felt comfortable before leaving with the vehicle and adjusted the gear. The return check in was also seamless. I rented from the years ago, I like the physical layout of this newer space on Horton. Thanks again!

I rented from the New Rochelle location recently because they had the lowest rates. Customer service is 110 percent at this location. Six is a great manager. I know him from when he worked at the Bronx location. I will be renting again and again with Enterprise.

Most professional car rental place I've ever been to. Moses helped me with the whole process and couldn't be more respectful and hospitable. Would recommend everyone rent their car at this location.
Enterprise in New Rochelle was very nice. Pick up and drop off from my home to them and back. Shannon and Moses were excellent, nice and accommodating. There was another guy who also helped me who was very polite and helpful. They called me when I wanted to change the vehicle from a larger to a Rav 4. I had a problem locating my car and they gave me the discounted rate as well, because I had to go get my things.
Enterprise of New Rochelle NY made things very easy when I rented a Kia for the Thanksgiving weekend. Alpha was my point person and he was so helpful and kind.
